I rang around Ford main dealers looking to get a code, they all gave similar excuses as to why they needed to get the car in (despite having the serial number ready for them)
This service is not only cheaper (Ford wanted £29.99) its easier and when my father in law needed help as he'd input the code incorrectly they made sure I knew how to do it.
Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a code.
