The reason for my "unhappiness" was that my Passat returned from a garage service with an apology rather than a functioning radio! I knew nothing of your service until an Internet search informed me of your work and reputation. A quick call to,your switchboard followed, when I was welcomed in a friendly and professional manner. I followed the clear instructions given after a very reasonable fee was settled and I proceeded to re set the car's audio system without any problems. My wife is not as thrilled as I am as she objects to listening to the Morriston Orpheus Male Choir as we travel . It is right and proper that she makes such a small sacrifice to hear some decent singing!
