I have one of the TOOAM (mitsubishi) series of Chrysler radios, after buying a replacement from eBay. The code did take a few hours to receive (based mostly on the time of day that I ordered it), but it was the exact code needed, and worked like a charm. I found Radio Codes UK, after my dealer told me they couldn't do anything for me. The price was reasonable, and the service was simple and fast. Highly recommend.
