I requested my code and received a speedy reply. Unfortunately the code did not work, and the only explanation that could be offered was they a previous owner had at some time altered the original code. This being the case the radio would need decoding by a specialist. This proved to be the reason and the problem was sorted by a local workshop.
The service I had from Radio Codes UK was excellent and my money was refunded immediately .
