A simple process from start to finish. As I don't courier parcels very often I found Irish Parcels very accessible and gave immediate responses to any questions. I was contacted twice after parcel was picked up to ensure I understood where parcel was and when it would arrive. Well done Irish Parcels - I know who I'll turn to next time.
