“Arranging delivery of the parcel to Australia was made easier. While selecting item codes was a little tricky but a phone call to their customer service sorted that out. The lady I spoke to was very helpful. Both I and the recipient received confirmation of delivery with a photo. An excellent service. Highly recommended”
