“I have sent 2 parcels via UPS, brokered by Irish Parcels, recently. The procedure is straightforward and additional options, such as insurance, are clear. Once UPS are engage, everything proceeded smoothly. Notifications throughout the shipping were timely and pretty frequent. I did not have cause to actually use the insurance, so that remains an unknown quantity.”

“To whom it concerns, I recently used Irish parcels to collect and deliver 7 parcels from us. This was to be next day pick up and two day later delivery, all within southern Ireland. I regret to say that 6 days later the parcels have still not been collected. This saddens me and I do not like to have to say this. I awaited this evening an extra hour as I was told at 5.04pm that they would be collected in a few minutes.At 6.30 pm they still had not collected them. I just think that this is very poor service.”

Hi there, thank you for your review and for using Irish Parcels. We're sorry to hear of any issues with your collection with your chosen courier DPD. Irish Parcels is a courier comparison site and we do have a dedicated customer service team on hand to assist with any issues you may have and we can see you were in touch with our team who were actively assisting. This was booked for collection on the 9th of January and was attempted just after 5PM which is still within the collection window. The collection address closed shortly before this. Our team rebooked this for a new collection on the 14th as requested and our team did monitor and chase this as much as possible for you but it appears we have been let down by the courier in this instance. The depot responsible for your collection did email us with confirmation shortly before 5PM that the driver should collect your items shortly, we can provide this to you if needed to show that Irish Parcels did not provide you with incorrect information. This has been rebooked for a new collection today on the 15th and our team will again monitor and chase this for you. If you need anything else, please let us know. Our customer service team is available via email, phone and live chat.
