“This is definitely the worst service I have ever used and the worst customer service. I booked parcels to be delivered to Belgium & the Netherlands and both time the parcels arrived with the boxes opened, missing items and broken items. The company washes their hands of it as they say they are only a broker. I wouldn’t recommend or use at any cost. Moreover, they are refusing to give any company information so you can t even contact one of the directors.”

Hi Eric, thank you for your review and for using Irish Parcels. We can see you booked a service through Irish Parcels for parcels to be sent to the Netherlands with your chosen courier DPD. Irish Parcels is a courier comparison site and at no point physically handles your items. It is very rare for any items to be damaged as long as they are properly packaged and protected for transit inside a courier network. The damaged items you reported were not packaged properly for transit - we have uploaded an image that you provided us via email. These cups were not separated or protected from each other any small movement even in the likes of a van would have also resulted in damage from these instantly hitting each other. Our team has been in touch with you regarding the reported missing contents to instigate searches with the courier in this instance - as of yet we have not received specific details that we can provide for these searches to be launched. If you can get back to our team via email as soon as possible, it would be appreciated. If you need anything else, please let us know.
