“Excellent service. My parcel was not picked up by FedEx on the agreed date but Irish Parcels were extremely supportive and helpful in getting the pickup sorted. Phone was answered promptly and the representative actually understood and provided a solution. Very responsive to emails too. Good people to deal with.”

“This wasn't a big parcel but it was very important, my sister in Spain had been waiting two months for it from UK and it had been sent back, took 2 more weeks to get to me, remedy for her poorly cat so could wait no longer. This was done in a week! Thank heavens, the stress of it not getting there for so long was horrendous for me, how much more for my sister and her cat.”

We have not received any notification from you regarding any issues with your delivery as everything appears to have been delivered as expected. “The offering is good. However, the the current website is very poor and needs a complete 'root-and-branch' overhall. I could spend an hour plus pointing out the issues on each screen shot.
