“Hi I've recently had occasion to use Irish Parcels to collect a parcel in the Nort of Ireland and deliver to the South of Ireland. Everything from start to finish went very well and collection and delivery was prompt and professional with all timelines promised were fulfilled as promised. “I got an email to say my order would be delivered on Monday 23rd. The delivery was made on Saturday 21st. We were not at home and returned Sunday morning so the package was left sitting on the door step. My problem with it being delivered 2 days early was were not in to receive it and the package contained medication that needs to be refrigerated.”

We understand you were having items delivered to you from a business at the collection side and they handed the items over on the incorrect date, had your shipment been handed over on the correct date, this would have been delivered on Thursday or Friday. We're sorry that this was delivered unattended, deliveries can happen outside of normal working hours and we always recommend to keep an eye on your tracking page for updates. Drivers will normally only leave items unattended if they believe it is safe to do so. If you need anything else, please let us know. “The service from this company was incredable, booked it on Sunday evening, collected from my house around 12pm on the Monday and I got a call from my daughter 7am on Thursday morning thanking me for sending the package , they said when I paid 7 days , it took less tha 3 days to arrive in Brisbane Austrilia, I am spechless at this service, excellent 10/10, well done lads”
