“Two days after the delivery date I still didnt receive my parcel or any report about the situation of my parcel. Customer service contacted me then staying that it wasn't my name on the collection ticket so the courier didn't collect my parcel. All the information should be linked to my order, and I should have been contacted if there was any issue. Great response from Customer service though once I wrote a feedback for a poor service.”

Hi Laura, We can see that you booked a collection for 4th July from a hotel, but no contact name (such as your own) was provided. This meant the courier had no name to reference when requesting the item, which likely resulted in the reception being unable to release it. Had your name been included in the collection details, the driver would have asked for it specifically and the item would have been handed over. We note that you did not contact our customer service team about this issue, and we are disappointed that your first communication was via a negative review. Given the circumstances, we feel this is unfair, as the failed collection appears to have been caused by missing information in the booking. Hi there, thank you for your review and for using Irish Parcels. Your shipment was booked to be collected on the 26th and the tracking shows this was collected on that date. This shipment was going to Germany and was delivered safely and signed for the next working day on the 27th of June. There are no notes or emails from you regarding any issues and we are genuinely confused by your review. Was this meant for a different company as from what we can see, everything was performed correctly for your Irish Parcels order and there were no issues. If you had another order with a different company, we would not be connected to them and would kindly ask if you could update your review. If you need anything else, please let us know. Hi Karen, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of any issues you may have had with your father. We can see this was booked to be collected on Tuesday the 24th with the expected delivery estimate of the 26th - 27th of June. This was delivered one working day later than the estimate due to the delay in customs. We do apologise about this as this was a technical problem which is very rare and has since been resolved. “Quick, efficient and easy to use. - 100/10 I sent two large packages from Ireland to the Netherlands. Irish Parcels got me by far the cheapest quote I could find, the delivery men were great and it all arrived within 3 days. Will definitely be using again in future!”

“I was a bit sceptical about using Irish parcels at first to be honest because I had never heard of them. But they gave me a better quote than all the others, picked up the parcel (which was very heavy) directly from my home and delivered it to the address in Germany. It was so problem free and cheaper than all the others. Will use them again for sure.”
