“Second time using Irishparcels.ie and we were once again shocked as to how efficient and speedy this service is - excellent value for money too. All with the backdrop of many cancelled flights due to Trumps illeagal war on Iran. Ordered on a Monday night in Ireland. Collected at the door of my house on Tuesday lunchtime and delivered to Perth, Australia by Friday morning Irish time. Excellent.”

“Hi I've recently had occasion to use Irish Parcels to collect a parcel in the Nort of Ireland and deliver to the South of Ireland. Everything from start to finish went very well and collection and delivery was prompt and professional with all timelines promised were fulfilled as promised. “I got an email to say my order would be delivered on Monday 23rd. The delivery was made on Saturday 21st. We were not at home and returned Sunday morning so the package was left sitting on the door step. My problem with it being delivered 2 days early was were not in to receive it and the package contained medication that needs to be refrigerated.”

Hi Jennifer, thank you for your review and for using Irish Parcels. We can see that your delivery estimate was Thursday the 19th - Monday the 23rd of March. We understand you were having items delivered to you from a business at the collection side and they handed the items over on the incorrect date, had your shipment been handed over on the correct date, this would have been delivered on Thursday or Friday. We're sorry that this was delivered unattended, deliveries can happen outside of normal working hours and we always recommend to keep an eye on your tracking page for updates. Drivers will normally only leave items unattended if they believe it is safe to do so. If you need anything else, please let us know.
