“As a 1st time user of IrishParcels - I was very pleased with the service considering the super price to ship a 5kg package to Italy. Collection was smooth, the tracking was very useful and most importantly it arrived at its destination - as good as it left my home. I liked the personal email from Paul thanking me for using IrishParcels.ie Super strong recommendation and best of luck to Paul and the others in this business. I will be a repeat customer going forward - and great value compared to others to ship the same package.”

Hi there, thank you for your review and for using Irish Parcels. We can see you have used our service around 14 times within the last 12 months. We have checked through your orders and can see that the vast majority of collections that were booked took place on the collection date that was booked. There was a recent collection that was left unattended that was not collected. Unattended items are never guaranteed to be collection as this is down to the driver's discretion for security reasons. It is very rare for collections to fail however if you contact us as soon as possible we are always more than happy to investigate this for you and rebook your collection with your chosen courier.

“Very easy to drop off at collection point. Lots of options. Good traceability for package online. Up to date feedback re location of the package. It was Christmas so courier's would have been up to their eyes.”

“All good, only sight issue is when ordering one dpd collection shortly before 10pm, then shortly after 10pm, it promises next day collection for one of the packages. Both are collected 2 days later. I don't mind packages getting collected 2-3 days later, but I do mind waiting for the courier the whole day. Otherwise great service, sometimes they seem to allow packages slightly bigger than DPDs site and their pricing is basically on par with DPD's.”

It is normal for there to be delays in the tracking over the holidays and this will update again shortly.
