This is not Arlington Hotel as you put in your correspondence We paid you for the collection of a small parcel from the Arlington to my home. You did not pick it up ItYou did not attempt to make any contact with us to check the delivery and you make it difficult to contact you for any explanation You also kept our money. We had to go back to Dublin and pick it up ourselves
