After a horrendous experience with a competitor, I rebooked my parcel with Irish Parcels. The very fact they sent me an acknowledgement email right away was a good start as there competitor managed to lose my parcel into thin air. Parcel was collected early the next day and arrived safely to the UAE within a few days. I was able to track the entire process. Will definitely use again, highly recommend.
