Second time to use Irish parcels - last time was Bali and this time Australia. Spoke to staff members on a number of occasions re box dimensions and customs forms and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Package arrived in Sydney 3 days after leaving Ireland!! It was in customs for a few days but was delivered exactly one week later to the day. Delighted with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend
