Of the recent parcels sent to the US, 2 have arrived damaged beyond repair!
Unacceptable!
This on top of missed collections is a very poor reflection!
And - it's a growing trend with mist parcels sent through yourselves.
Broken, lost and damaged is in the norm .
Disappointed!!!
