I found the irishparcels website online and wasn't sure if they were reliable. I had an issue with registering my package and phoned the support number. The man whom I spoke to was very helpful and patient. I sent the package to South Korea, and it arrived very efficiently and in good condition. Well done Irish Parcels! I now have some more boxes to send to the USA and Africa, hopefully it will be as good ;).
