Ordered a parcel pickup for thursday last week for which i paid. Now its tuesday the following week, and they still havent picked it up. The order was for a GLS pick up and when i mailed customer service they told me DHL would pick it up.
I am not sure if they know what they are doing and frankly i am considering paying someone else to get the job done.
