Paid for two days shipping, and the reason why the review is so low because of poor communication poor customer service from UPS people should not be using UPS. They are horrible. The delivery date two times and because the parcel was so important to us as it contained our passports, we had to stay an extra night at a hotel at $300 a night and then it got extended to an additional day so we did it again and then the delivery date was moved back a day ahead and we could not cancel the hotel. This is all caused because of poor communication.
