Its service was a total mess,started from that they missed my collection, their online tracking wasn't working, nor their agent knew anything about my collection for the first 24 hours. Then I was told by their management in the email saying that their service was not time guranteedI and its not the diver's responsibility to contact- phone ccustomers for collection. What's kind of courier service is that? Why we pay loads extra for not granted time line service?? I totally lost words, Lesson learned, I would rather pay a bit extra for other better courier servive such as DHL or even Irish post for a cheap price with no collection. Now I have to spend another an hour to write 4th email to their management on top of 5 hours communication all in all.
