This wasn't a big parcel but it was very important, my sister in Spain had been waiting two months for it from UK and it had been sent back, took 2 more weeks to get to me, remedy for her poorly cat so could wait no longer. This was done in a week! Thank heavens, the stress of it not getting there for so long was horrendous for me, how much more for my sister and her cat.
