Absolutely appalling service, parcel was delivered with a 1 week delay! and it was damaged. And that's not all, their driver was a liar and stated that my package was oversized! One week after the delayed delivery they issued an invoice requesting an additional payment. Even though I have a proof that my package was not oversized. So I issued them an invoice, requesting a full refund due to the damage and 1 week delay. Let's see what judge will say. Avoid these liars and totally unreliable delivery company.
