The quote, booking and collection were first class. Further the delivery was on time with not issues.
If I have to find a complaint it would be the tracking system. The day after pick up and receipt at depot, the tracking read as " in the DPD system" it would have been a little more reassuring to see a n update as the parcel moves through the system.
Overall very satisfied highly recommend
