As a 1st time user of IrishParcels - I was very pleased with the service considering the super price to ship a 5kg package to Italy. Collection was smooth, the tracking was very useful and most importantly it arrived at its destination - as good as it left my home. I liked the personal email from Paul thanking me for using IrishParcels.ie
