irish parcels have been very good ive used them in the past, however the carrier of the goods GLS couriers did not collect the scheduled parcel from my home. i waitied in all day fro 9am-6pm. i couldnt get throught to GLS on the phone and nobody called me regarding failed pick up. the following day i had to drive 40 mins to take my parcel to the depot myself. here they generated a new label. to my dismay when i checked the tracking - GLS had inputted the reason for the parcel not being collected from my home as '' pick up failed due to the items to be picked up were not ready and packed'' . id like to say that irish parcels have been great and gave me relevant numbers to call and tried to resolve the problem of why it did not get collected but i think you need to get a more reliable carrier for your goods.
