I had a last-minute parcel to send to the US for Christmas and got an excellent price from Irish Parcels (€46 compared with over €90 for a longer delivery time with a competitor). They sent TNT, who couldn't have been nicer when I needed to change the pick-up time (the driver even said he'd make the copies of the customs forms for me when he thought I might miss my son's Christmas concert!). And the parcel arrived earlier then I expected. The only slight hiccup was that the booking firm on IP website didn't work on my mobile or tablet, but the lovely person I spoke to on the phone told me to try the computer and that worked fine - the parcel was collected within 2 hours. Speedy, friendly, good value = very happy customer!
