Sent a large family portrait/photograph from UK to Dublin. Process was straightforward and timely. Pick up from my home was easy. Direct phone call to Irish parcels regarding customs declaration problem was answered rapidly and the problem was easy rectified by Irish Parcels. Only minor point was that an email confriming delivery would have been helpful.
