We are a new, small business, and we’re initially unsure if using a third party agent for booking courier parcel collections would be reliable. But having used several times now with both DPD and UPS, I have been impressed by the fact that everything has gone so smoothly. Prices are often better than going direct, pickups have happened on the selected day, and deliveries have all occurred within the stated timescales. Customer service is responsive too, as my general enquiries have always been dealt with within just a few hours and by a competent person based in Ireland. So all in all it’s been a great start to this business relationship and long may it continue!
