Hi, Service from Irish Parcels has always been good. I think their charges for exporting from UK to Ireland are very expensive, twice the cost of parcel force but reasonable charges for sending back to the UK from Ireland. We have recently had problems withe EORI numbers with FedEx and the options to send something as a private transfer/personal belongings and add notes does not exist on the Irish parcels customs form. Unfortunately, we are unlikely to use Irish parcels again to send parcels from the UK to Ireland as this has caused so many problems with the couriers. We are a company and have a GB EORI number. The people we are sending to work for us and don't have an EORI number. We don't have an office in Ireland and don't have and Irish EORI number. This has caused a lot of problems with parcels being returned. I hope that you are able to sort this out. I am unlikely to book deliveries to Ireland again as I am unable to check the options on the customs document before paying for a booking. Shame really. Jayne Cooke Inuvi.
