Two days after the delivery date I still didnt receive my parcel or any report about the situation of my parcel. Customer service contacted me then staying that it wasn't
my name on the collection ticket so the courier didn't collect my parcel. All the information should be linked to my order, and I should have been contacted if there was any issue. Great response from Customer service though once I wrote a feedback for a poor service.
