Not let me and my small business down yet. Packages always get collected and all paperwork, notifications etc. are received in timely manner. I have contacted their customer service twice now for small enquiries and they are extremely responsive and helpful. Good pricing too compared to going direct to the various couriers, so can’t say enough good things really. Oh and the newly updated website is slick and shows me they are constantly improving things.
