Very easy company to work with, wanted a 15kg parcel sent from Ireland to the UK, tried UPS direct first and got buried in red tape and customs forms, gave up on that route. Went through Irish Parcels ( who use the same UPS service ) and the complete procedure was a breeze, no hassle, no red tape, just an efficient service. Collected on the day stated and delivered to the UK in just 2 days.
Great telephone communications ( with someone in Ireland not the far flung corners of the world ) would use again :-)
