This service is so unprofessional I could not recommend it to anyone. There is a lack of communication between Irish Parcels and TNT who is the actual courier. Neither take responsibility for the order and Mcellistrum it is placed and will redirect you to Irish revenue to source tariff numbers if your parcel is going outside the EU. Delivery people are unhelpful and I waited over a week for a parcel to be collected that never was.
