I was very happy with the online booking and payment service this was all very easy to negotiate. My parcel was collected on schedule on Monday 20/03/2017 at approximately 12.30 and I was very happy. To my surprise the following day I was contacted again to make arrangements for collection and when I said my package had been collected the previous day as scheduled I was informed it had not been scanned and was assured of a call back to let me know what had happened. After several hours of waiting for call back and being unable to tract my package online I rang back and was told that my numbers were invalid/no working. I was again promised a call back to let me know where my package was. As this was a very high cost item I was very alarmed. I was able to provide TNT with my customer number etc and the name and contact number of the person who collected my package. I did not receive a call back to inform me my package had been found. My package was collected from me on Monday 20/03/2017 at 12.30pm approximately and I was unable to track it until 17.13pm on Tuesday 21/03/2017. My package was missing for a total of 29 hours. Having paid extra for 2 day delivery my package did not arrive for 3 days. My parcel arrived at its destination in perfect condition. Regards Marcella
