I sent 3 boxes and a suitcase at the same time from Cork (Ireland) to Spain. I just received the 3 boxes and the messenger didn't know anything about the suitcase.
Today I received an email from another company saying that my suitcase is in Coventry?!?!?
I'm very dissapointed with this service.
