I got the parcel ready Monday and contacted you to arrange collection on Tuesday. On Wednesday you told me GLS collected it Tuesday morning despite the fact it was still here.
I was told it would be collected Wednesday without fail , again I was let down .IT was not if fact collected until Thursday lunchtime. The service was very poor . All my contact was by e-mail with a customer agent called Chelsea who was most helpful to me
