My luggage that contains my clothes is lost. Even though I have an insurance but they want proof of payment for each item was in that luggage that weights 20 Kg!
They ask me to fill a claim and it will take 6-8 weeks, if you don't have a proof of payment for all items your claim will be rejected and you won't be compensated.
I will never deal with them anymore and I won't ever recommend this company.
