parcel not collected from the sender, 4 days was waiting for collection but no you so I have asked sender to drop it to their DPD depot and finally got parcel delivered when parcel was handed to them warehouse. They keep lying that the driver couldn't get any one at the address and they said that they tried 4 times but they didn't I have cctv outside my door to proof that they lying will get the video visible online
