For the first time I have used Irish Parcels services I am more than convinced!
I had to send a parcel of 5kgs (31x22x26) from Cork to Hokkaido Japan. The instructions to send out of EU were very clear, the collection went with no issue on the D-day then the parcel arrived 6days later in the hands of my friend with no hassle what so ever.
It was supposed to be delivered in 2 days but with Covid-19, I was surprised to see that it took them only 6 days to deliver.
Well done guys! I will totally go by you again !!
