The process was quick and easy, with a speedy response from customer service to my initial questions.
Although the parcel wasn’t collected by the outsourced courier service on the day it was supposed to be, customer service again performed brilliantly in arranging collection for the next day - and the parcel was delivered within 24 hours!
We would definitely use this service again.
