Both Larry and John did an excellent job of explaining the workings and problems occurring on our computer. Just hoping what they did to clean out problems that were aggravating as well as worrisome have all been taken care of now. Hopefully, when I now return to check out our computer, all will have been cleaned out and no problems with using our computer. Thank you!
