Terrible. I made an order 14 days ago with next day delivery and have not received it. I have contacted them over and over again and nobody is getting back to me. I don’t even need the items anymore as the event I needed them for was 12 days ago (which is why I paid for next day delivery in the first place) I just want a refund now!
