“Terrible company. I ordered a number of items and returned 17 items of the order as the quality of the clothing was really poor. I revived a refund for only 11 of the items. When I contacted Isawitfirst they told me they had only received 11 items back in the return order. This was a lie so they have the returned items and have also kept my money which they refuse to refund me for. Avoid this company!”
“Quality is hit an miss. They also send you the wrong items and will not fix their errors. Their solution is to refund you 10% of the wrong item cost and tell you to buy the correct item again”

“I have emailed them twice this week. I am still waiting for my return label to be emailed to me which I had to pay for. The return portal keeps saying the return label has failed to print and that I need to contact customer service. The customer service is appalling having to talk to a non-existent web-chat assistant that repeats itself constantly is no good. I have not heard or received anything from them in response to my first email. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received. I need this money back in my account asap! I just need the return label emailed to me, which I didn’t think was difficult to do!”

I'm returning all five pieces, and since I don't live in the UK, by the time I pay for return shipping, I'll basically be getting $10 back and wasting $90 on my order. I ordered a pair of jeans which the zip was broken, i got in contact with them as you have to pay for a return. To which they replied really quickly at first and then stopped replying altogether. i then ordered another pair of the same jeans to which looked completely different to the first pair i had. i understand the colour will not be the exact same but the denim even felt different. As they took so long to reply i got the first pair of jeans repaired to which i had to pay for. i finally got a reply and they have refunded me 20% of the price which is £5 to which i then had to use to send the second pair of jeans back. i feel the customer service was shocking!! refunded me £5 to then have to use it to return stuff to them. i will not be using this company ever again and recommend to AVOID!!! Also not to mention the jeans look completely different to what they do on the website!”

“Ordered a pair of extreme distressed ripped jeans for my birthday party which had big rips all up and down the legs, instead I've been sent a pair of skinny jeans with a small rip on each knee, no where near what I ordered it's an absolute joke and now I don't have enough time to send them back for the ones I wanted so now have to go to my birthday party wearing a pair of jeans I absolutely hate and will ruin my night I can already feel that, please see pics of the difference in these jeans absolutely shocking and not the first time either, last order they sent our wrong pair of jeans and I thought was a one off mistake and have them another chance, now wish I didn't as u don't have enough time or money to buy another pair I like so I've asked for a partial refund as I have to wear them I've no other option so can't send them back after that but feel I should be compensated somehow for ruining my birthday and making me feel like this, seriously how hard is it to pack the jeans someone has picked they've just thrown in any random pair and I literally cried when I saw the difference. I received a knife that fell onto me and then my baby who was next to me. Luckily nobody was hurt but when I complained it took multiple attempts to get a response on different platforms. - still no explanation as to how this was sent!
Many friends shared my story on instagram hoping for a response, twitter and Facebook.
3 weeks later a £50 gift voucher was issued. Now I’ve tried to spend it and paid an additional next day delivery £4.99 the items have not been received a week later. When I asked for the postage refund they agreed but only sent £2 back. I had to send my message 3 times as they wouldn’t listen and different people kept responding with the same message I’d just received. Even more frustratingly they did a partial refund trying to be sly hoping I wouldn’t notice only £2 had been refunded. I was also annoyed they tried to ask for a screenshot for proof that it was free 2-5 day delivery on the day of purchase- who does that?!
Eventually they refunded the £4.99.
Now a WEEK later the items haven’t arrived and for some reason I think they’re being obstructive due to my complaint about delivery. So much for next day delivery.
I will categorically never buy from such a shuddy company again. I rarely buy here anyway due to the low quality.
