I have emailed them twice this week. I am still waiting for my return label to be emailed to me which I had to pay for. The return portal keeps saying the return label has failed to print and that I need to contact customer service. The customer service is appalling having to talk to a non-existent web-chat assistant that repeats itself constantly is no good. I have not heard or received anything from them in response to my first email. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received. I need this money back in my account asap! I just need the return label emailed to me, which I didn’t think was difficult to do!
