“This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a cardigan which never showed up. I had to email support which takes 48hrs for a reply. They then come back to me and say they are tracking my order and will come back to me. No response again for days so I send another online query and get back we are still trying to track the order. Anyway cut a long story short they come back to me a few days later and tell me the courier has lost my parcel and that they can't resend goods and will refund me withing 3-10 days. That was the 28th of September it's now 17th of October and no refund. I have had to submit another online form to complain about the fact I have had no refund. Once again wasting my time for something that should have been sorted. Worse online shopping experience I have every had. I completely understand things go missing or issues happen but the way this has been dealt with and the length of time it's taking is disgraceful. The order was originally placed on the 5th of September and here I am over a month later still trying to sort it out. UPDATE (2/11) I received a reply saying that they couldn't refund me because there was a case still open with PayPal I emailed back and proved that there wasn't. I have then had to wait a few days again for a response and got told I would now be refunded. I have so far received a £2.99 refund. The order was for £20.49 so I have now had to email them again. Who ever runs this company needs to take a good look at there delivery and customer service process. I have never ever in my life had an experience like this while shopping online its absolutely shocking.”
“I sent my return over 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received an acknowledgment of the items being received/the refund is being processed. I have emailed them 3 times to which I get the same response ‘wait 21 days for a refund to be processed’ which is has been well over, I’ve also messaged them on Instagram twice with no response. First and last time I will use them!”

The infant stitching will forever be a funny problem, if the clothes weren't heavily reduced they would never be worth their full price, sometimes not even the half price. I don't know what kind or m.orrons would go west with their stitching (bright green on a black coat this time) then just send it for packing and what bigger m.orron would just ignore it and send it for shipping anyway. Are they drunk or just left alone with no experience from day 1.”

I sent a picture of this to you and returned the item with the customers personal details. I understand mistakes can happen so was happy to leave it there and get my refund despite the fact you have sent my personal details to another person without my consent which is a breach of data. “Brought an order on the 30/9 with next day delivery, contacted customer service twice and got no response. Message their customer service on Twitter (12/10) and they told me the delivery company had “lost” the parcel so they said they had to refund me. They refunded me £2 less so I still ended up paying delivery. Seems like a con to me as there were a few other people complaining about this.
