Brought an order on the 30/9 with next day delivery, contacted customer service twice and got no response. Message their customer service on Twitter (12/10) and they told me the delivery company had “lost” the parcel so they said they had to refund me. They refunded me £2 less so I still ended up paying delivery. Seems like a con to me as there were a few other people complaining about this.
Don’t buy from there!! Clothes are overpriced and customer service is shocking!!
