I sent my return over 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received an acknowledgment of the items being received/the refund is being processed. I have emailed them 3 times to which I get the same response ‘wait 21 days for a refund to be processed’ which is has been well over, I’ve also messaged them on Instagram twice with no response. First and last time I will use them!
