This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a cardigan which never showed up. I had to email support which takes 48hrs for a reply. They then come back to me and say they are tracking my order and will come back to me. No response again for days so I send another online query and get back we are still trying to track the order. Anyway cut a long story short they come back to me a few days later and tell me the courier has lost my parcel and that they can't resend goods and will refund me withing 3-10 days. That was the 28th of September it's now 17th of October and no refund. I have had to submit another online form to complain about the fact I have had no refund. Once again wasting my time for something that should have been sorted. Worse online shopping experience I have every had. I completely understand things go missing or issues happen but the way this has been dealt with and the length of time it's taking is disgraceful. The order was originally placed on the 5th of September and here I am over a month later still trying to sort it out. UPDATE (2/11) I received a reply saying that they couldn't refund me because there was a case still open with PayPal I emailed back and proved that there wasn't. I have then had to wait a few days again for a response and got told I would now be refunded. I have so far received a £2.99 refund. The order was for £20.49 so I have now had to email them again. Who ever runs this company needs to take a good look at there delivery and customer service process. I have never ever in my life had an experience like this while shopping online its absolutely shocking.
