I ordered a dress and paid next day delivery. The item did NOT arrive next day.. 3 days later the completely wrong item turned up with another customers personal details inside. I sent a picture of this to you and returned the item with the customers personal details. I understand mistakes can happen so was happy to leave it there and get my refund despite the fact you have sent my personal details to another person without my consent which is a breach of data. Since returning the item well over 3 weeks ago, I have had no refund or apology. I have emailed you a minimum of 8 times regarding this only to have automated emails back.
