I’m still waiting for a refund 6 weeks later, I also ordered an item next day delivery on the 27/12 and haven’t received it I’ve messaged them on all social media platforms and emailed them 4 times and have had no reply!! Yet they send me emails/texts everyday to order from them worse company ever won’t be ordering ever again!”
“Still haven’t received my refund and it’s been almost a month! Never ordering from this site again. Opted out of marketing emails can’t even stop those. Worst company ever. Contacted them regarding the refund only received an auto email nothing else!”

“This company is scamming people by insisting that they send a photo of the return receipt in order to receive a refund so in other words they are hedging their bets on people not bothering to keep receipts for weeks and then refusing to pay back customers money as well as having the stock returns to sell on to other people. Do not buy from “I saw it first” unless you have money to waste.”

There is no contact number so you have to contact either via Their website or twitter and they're not replying to either. The replyI have had from twitter recently clearly suggest the messages aren't being read properly. Stalling tactics when I've explained it's been over 21 days since returning parcel. Tracking details confirm they received parcel 2 days later but still not refund. I would avoid ordering anything as its clear from other reviews something is going on with the company.So frustrating!”
“Ordered two outfits on 20th December 2021. 99p next day delivery was offered so I chose that option. Parcel arrived on 28th December wrapped in brown tape. It had been tampered with and an outfit stolen. I contacted ISAWITFIRST straight away explaining the situation and requesting a refund. I am still waiting for them to respond. AVOID ISAWITFIRST! QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, SLOW TO RESOPND OR REFUND! I am returning the item delivered as I do not wish to keep it knowing that has been tampered with too. Lets see if I am refunded for this...”

They are a scam on every level. They don't answer your emails and you have no hope of a refund. I bought items i never received, over £100.00.I have tried everything but no success.
I actually feel suicidal that they are getting away with treating me the way they are.”
