I think this company must be going through some kind of difficultly. I returned items 23rd Nov and am still waiting for a refund. There is no contact number so you have to contact either via Their website or twitter and they're not replying to either. The replyI have had from twitter recently clearly suggest the messages aren't being read properly. Stalling tactics when I've explained it's been over 21 days since returning parcel. Tracking details confirm they received parcel 2 days later but still not refund. I would avoid ordering anything as its clear from other reviews something is going on with the company.So frustrating!
