Appalling company. Obstructive ‘customer service’ - hire new employees please.
I received a knife that fell onto me and then my baby who was next to me. Luckily nobody was hurt but when I complained it took multiple attempts to get a response on different platforms. - still no explanation as to how this was sent!
Many friends shared my story on instagram hoping for a response, twitter and Facebook.
3 weeks later a £50 gift voucher was issued. Now I’ve tried to spend it and paid an additional next day delivery £4.99 the items have not been received a week later. When I asked for the postage refund they agreed but only sent £2 back. I had to send my message 3 times as they wouldn’t listen and different people kept responding with the same message I’d just received. Even more frustratingly they did a partial refund trying to be sly hoping I wouldn’t notice only £2 had been refunded. I was also annoyed they tried to ask for a screenshot for proof that it was free 2-5 day delivery on the day of purchase- who does that?!
Eventually they refunded the £4.99.
Now a WEEK later the items haven’t arrived and for some reason I think they’re being obstructive due to my complaint about delivery. So much for next day delivery.
I will categorically never buy from such a shuddy company again. I rarely buy here anyway due to the low quality.
