Im really really shocked at these poor customers experiences, Iooked at these reviews out of interest, I think its disgusting what all of these customers have had to endure. Ive only ever had great service, good customer service responses, quick refunds , the next day delivery is hit and miss, but over a good experience .I hope that it doesn't change going forward. I have had a very good experience, I have ordered from ISIF many many many times, but had I seen these reviews as a potential customer, Id not go near the company. Get it together ISIF give these customers the service that they deserve and that you are capable of.
