This is the 2nd time I have placed an order, approximately 18 months apart. On both occasions 24 hours after the orders being placed and money taken from my bank account I received emails stating ".......certain characteristics provided on your order doesn't match your card issuers records. As this information isn't identical we've had no alternative but to cancel the order and issue a full refund back to your original method of payment."
No stars deserved.
